Please send a TEXT MESSAGE to Minuteman EMS & CPR Training Center at 770-896-1413 with the following details after finalizing payment:
*Your complete name (Company, Group, or individual), precisely as it should be displayed on your certification card.
*Your email address.
*Your telephone number.
*The course product name (AHA BLS CPR).
Please finalize your payment online.
Upon successful submission of your payment, both you and Minuteman EMS Training Center will receive a confirmation.
Your official enrollment in the class for your chosen date will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. In compliance with American Heart Association guidelines, each class is limited to six (6) students. Therefore, prompt registration and payment are highly recommended to secure your place.

Class Schedule:
Available time slots are as follows, unless otherwise noted with an asterisk (*) or by special arrangement:
Weekday sessions: 2:00 PM (*All weekday classes begin at @ 2 pm Unless special arrangements have been made)
Saturday sessions: 11:00 AM (*All Saturday classes begin @ 11 am Unless special arrangements have been made)
*Enrollment & Payment Policy:
To confirm your enrollment, payment must be received at least two (2) days prior to your chosen class date. The only exceptions to this prepayment requirement are through prior arrangement or for contracted corporate clients. Please note that on-site payments are not accepted.
