Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy

Please review before paying:

1) All classes require advance registration and payment. Because your registration reserves a seat and requires Minuteman EMS Tutoring & CPR Training Center to prepare course materials, instructor time, and certification resources, all payments are nonrefundable.

2) Students who cannot attend their scheduled class may request one courtesy rescheduling when notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. The rescheduled class must be completed within 30 days of the original class date and is subject to availability.

3 )Only one courtesy rescheduling is permitted. If a student cancels, fails to attend, or cannot attend the rescheduled class, the original payment will be forfeited. A new registration and full payment will be required to attend another class.

4) Students who arrive 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule.

5) Exceptions for documented emergencies may be considered individually at the discretion of Minuteman EMS Tutoring & CPR Training Center. An exception is not guaranteed.

6) NOTE: If Minuteman EMS Tutoring & CPR Training Center cancels or reschedules a class, the student may transfer the full payment to another available date or request a full refund.
