Your full name (exactly as it should appear on your certification card)
Your email address
Your phone number
The course product number (Example: METC) you will be paying to take.
Finally, Complete Your Payment Online
Once your payment is submitted, both you and Minuteman EMS Training Center will receive confirmation.
Upon receipt of payment, you are officially enrolled in the class for your selected date.

Weekday classes: 2:00pm-6:00 pm (Unless Special Arrangement are Made)
Saturday classes: 11:00 am-3:00 pm (Unless Special Arrangement are Made)
Enrollment & Payment Policy
To secure your enrollment, payment is required at least two (2) days prior to your selected class date. Please note that on-site payments are not accepted. Payments may be submitted via:

Course Pricing
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS): $65.00
Minuteman Brand CPR Course: $55.00
